Use:
Use HPA Lanolin from the beginning of your lactation - as well as preventive. Please wash your hands with soap before each application! Use Lansinoh HPA Lanolin after every breastfeeding or as needed. Dab your nipple with a clean cloth dry. Press a pea-sized amount of Lansinoh HPA Lanolin from the tube and warm the ointment between your fingers. Carefully wear it on your nipple and the entire nipple courtyard. If you want, give a little ointment in the shutdown. The best care can be reached if the nipple is covered in the entire phase between two nursing meals from the ointment.
