Meal rate for a weight-controlling diet (with sugars and sweeteners).

Use / application / consumption recommendation:
As a replacement for a meal (1 serving) 5 heaped measuring spoons Yokebe Forte stirred in 200 ml of water and 1 tsp (5 g) Plant oil with a high content of unsaturated fatty acids (Sunflower, thistle or grape core oil) added. Please always enter the water in the shaker first and then the powder. Stir or shake the mixture well. Following the preparation note is required.
