Use / application / consumption recommendation:
As a replacement for a meal 40 g Yokebe Classic (5 Coated measuring spoon) in 200 ml low-fat milk (1.5% fat) Stirred and added 1/2 TL (1.5 g) of high content of unsaturated fatty acids (sunflower, thistle or grape core oil).
