For handling the Uniject VA stainless steel / stainless steel vario Uniject VA:
The cannula is attached directly to the syringe body. The equipment of the piston rod with three swivel hook allows a stable three-point anchoring in the hollow stopper of the cartridge and ensures a tilt-free guidance during injection and aspiration. By turning (clockwise) of the knurled screw the prongs are extended, retracted by turning (rotating counterclockwise). The rotating mechanism is equipped with a locking device. Assembly and maintenance:
Allow the instrumentation to cool to room temperature. Oilize moving parts with a sterilizable, vapor permeable care oil. Mount the decomposable instrumentation.
After each cleaning and disinfection, check the full instrument:

• Cleanliness
• Function
• Integrity (eg bent, broken, cracked, worn and broken parts).

Sort a damaged or defective instrumentation or replace defective parts. Use wear parts intended for disposable parts only once.
