Use:
Mix 10 to 25 ml (about 2-5 cap fillings) of the concentrate with a liter of water. Then give each cubic meter of sauna space 15 to 20 g of this mixture on the glowing hot sauna beds. Refine the ascending steam with a towel. Deep breath and relax.
