1. What is Procain Log 1% injection solution and what is it used for?

Procaine lows 1% injection solution is a medicine for local anesthesia (local anesthetic from the ester type). Procaine Loges 1% injection solution is displayed for intracutaneous use on healthy skin in the context of neural therapeutic application principles.

2. What do you need 1% before using Procain Loges Note injection solution?

ProCain Loges 1% injection solution must not be used:

• if they are hypersensitive to procain, other local anesthetics from the ester type, sulfonamides (certain group of antibiotics), benzoic acid (parabenses) or any of the other ingredients of procainlies 1% injection solution;
• with known lack of a specific body's own substance (Pseudochlinesterase) with the sequence of a significantly slowing down degradation of procain;
• for injection in strikers (arteries), into the environment of the outer shell of the central nervous system (epidural) or in the spinal channel (spinal).

Take special care with the application of Procaine Loges 1% Injection solution is required:
If you are at one:

• certain form of muscle weakness (myasthenia gravis)
• Disruption of the heart irritation system
• Heart muscle weakness or
• the injection should be made in an inflamed area.

The following interactions of procain with other medicines are known:

• Extension of the effect by certain means of solving skeletal muscles (non-depolarizing muscle relaxants)
• Reinforcement of the effect by Physostigmin (means for stimulating a part of the vegetative nervous system)
• Reduction of effectiveness of certain antibiotics (Sulfonamide).

Procain should not be used together with appropriate means for stimulating a part of the vegetative nervous system (cholesterol esterase inhibitor). Among other things, the influence on procain degradation leads to an increase in the toxicity of procain. By adding small atropin quantities, an extension of the pain-switching effect is possible. Physostigmin (see o.) Can have a preventive effect against toxic procain effects in low doses.

Pregnancy and breast feeding period:
Ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking / application of all medicines.
Pregnancy: Allow Procain Loges to apply 1% injection solution if your doctor is necessarily required.

Possible side effects:
