1. What is finalgon ointment and what is she applied for?

Finalgon Ointment contains the active ingredients Nonivamid and Nicoboxil and causes the skin-circulation to prepare for blood collection.
Your doctor or medical personnel will apply Finalgon ointment from a blood collection. The blood collection can be done from the earlobe or the fingertip.
Finalgon is used in adults.

2. What should you pay attention to Olbe before using Finalgon?

Finalgon ointment must not be used,

• if they are allergic to nonivamide, Nicoboxil or one of the other ingredients of this medicine referred to in section 6.
• on the face, on the eyes, at the mouth.
• on wounds.
• on inflamed or ill skin.

Warnings and Precautions:
Please talk to your doctor before applying Finalgon ointment.
Caution is required if you have sensitive skin, as it z. B. is often the case with very smooth-skinned people. Light-skinned people generally react sensitive on blood circulation-increasing ointments like Finalgon.
Finalgon ointment causes the skin bleeding to increase. As a result, skin extraction, heat feel, itching or burning can occur on the grated skin.

These phenomena increasingly occur when a too large quantity of Finalgon ointment is applied or when the ointment is rubbed intensively into the skin. With excessive application, it can also lead to blistering. In this case, contact your doctor immediately.

Finalgon ointment, which was accidentally applied in the face, eye, nose or in the mouth, can lead to facial swelling, facial pain, conjunctivation, reinforced blood circulation of the eye, eyebrows, visual disturbances, complaints in the mouth and inflammation of the oral mucosa.

These complaints are temporary and usually released from themselves. Too much or accidentally applied final gon ointment can be removed in the face with skin cream or cooking oil and on the eye with vaseline.

Children:
Finalgon ointment should not be in children and adolescents under 18 Years are applied because there are no data available for this.

Application of Finalgon ointment together with other medicines:
Interactions are not known yet. Please inform Syour doctor or pharmacist if you take / use other medicines or recently taken / applied or intended to take other medicines / Apply.

Pregnancy, breastfeeding and procilability:
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you suspect to be pregnant or intend to become pregnant, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before applying this medicine.
Due to missing experiences, the application of Finalgon ointment in pregnancy and lactation is not recommended. It is not known if the active ingredients of Finalgon ointment go into breast milk.

Driving and ability to operate machines:
There are no experience in the impairment of ability to drive and the ability to serve machines.

Finalgon ointment contains sorbic acid.
Sorbic acid can locally limited skin irritation (eg Contact dermatitis.

3. How to use Finalgon Ointment?

Dosage:
Always use this medicine as described in this leaflet as described in this leaflet or exactly after the arrangement made with your doctor.

The recommended dose is:
1 - 2 cm ointment per treatment

Type of application:
To prepare blood collection, the following steps are carried out:

• A 1 - 2 cm long strand is applied and massaged approx. 10 minutes before blood collection, on which blood is to be removed.
• Before the blood collection, the ointment residues are wiped off and the skin point is disinfected.

Your doctor or medical personnel will apply Finalgon ointment from a blood collection to your skin. For this purpose, disposable gloves were worn and taken care that Finalgon ointment is not transferred to other skin areas or other people.
The blood collection can be done from the earlobe or the fingertip.

If you have used a larger quantity of Finalgon Ointment than you should:
The excessive application of Finalgon Ointbone can enhance the circulatory increase in the blood circulation and the described side effects (see section 4.).

If it should come on the treated skin areas for blistering, contact your doctor. Your doctor may treat these skin areas with anti-inflammatory medicinal products, so-called corticosteroids.
If too much final of ointment was applied, it can be removed with skin cream or cooking oil. If you have further questions about the application of this medicine, ask your doctor or pharmacist.

4. Which side effects are possible?

Like all medicines, this medicine can also have side effects, but they do not have to occur each other.
At the grated skin point, temporary itching or burning can occur.

The following side effects are possible:

• Burning skin
• Heat
• Skin
• Itching

Occasionally (can occur in 1 of 100 patients):

• Skin rash

Frequency unknown (frequency based on the available data not estimable):

• Anaphylactic reactions, e.g. B. blood pressure drop,
• Nausea
• Hypersensitivity reactions
• Missance of the skin
• Pustel on the order location
• Local skin reactions
• Cough, shortness of breath
• Blistering, facial swelling, hives

If blood pressure drops occur, nausea or shortness of breath, you should check a doctor immediately, as the signs of heavy UNVcapability reactions can be.

5. How to keep Finalgon Ointment?

Store drug out of reach of children.
You may not use this medicine after the expiry date specified on the outkarton and the TUBE after "usable to". The expiry date refers to the last day of the specified month.
This medicinal product does not require special storage conditions.
The durability after the first opening of the tube is 6 Months.

Do not dispose of medicines in the wastewater. Ask your pharmacist how to dispose of the medicine if you do not use it anymore. You help to protect our environment.

6. Content of the pack and further information

What Finalgon ointment contains
The active ingredients are nonivamide and nicoboxil.
1 g ointment contains 4 mg nonivamide and 25 mg nicoboxil.
The other ingredients are: diisopropyladipate, high-dispenser silica, white vaseline, sorbic acid (pH. EUR.), Citronell oil, purified water.

Like Finalgon ointment looks and content of the pack:
Finalgon is an almost transparent ointment, which as 20 g and as 50 G Tube is available. Not all pack sizes may be placed on the market.
