Paraffinum Liquidum, Petrolatum, Paraffin, Tocopheryl Acetate, Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil, Linalool

scope of application
As a daily local, external protection for the entire intimate area (external female and male genital, dam and anal area)
To alleviate complaints of the skin of the outer intimate area such as:

• Skin irritation with z. B. burn, itching
• Redness and swelling
• Skin damage
• Dryness (eg after radiation treatment and menopause)
• Wound in the anal area, especially with diarrhea, rhagades and hemorrhoids
• As lubricant primarily for the prevention of lesions and irritation in sexual contact

Deumavan® protective ointment is an anhydrous ointment for the daily local application of the external intimate area (labia, dam and anal area). It is used to relieve complaints such as skin irritation (with z. B. burn, itching, redness and swelling), skin damage, dryness (at hormone deficiency, z. B. in menopause), after radiation treatment, wound in the anal area, especially during diarrhea and rhagades and as lubricants.
Throughout the intimate area, the skin is strained by mechanical stress such as running, sitting, cycling, sports activities and sexual contacts. Even urine, bowel movement and wearing diapers loads the skin in the intimate area. Cleaning with soap or even with water damaged and degreases the top skin layer - the so-called horny layer. It becomes dry, more sensitive and vulnerable. Even by letting hormone production, the skin becomes thinner and less robust. All this can lead to painful skin damage that can be entrances for pathogens.

How does Deumavan® look®?
Deumavan® protective ointment improves the suppleness of the skin (Horny layer) through a thin fat layer (mixture of highly purified paraffins). It contains no pharmacologically active substances (stabilizers / emulsifiers or preservatives) or hormones.
Deumavan® protective ointment nature without fragrances is also free of allergic potential.

The therapeutic effect is based on improving the suppleness of the top skin layer - horny layer - and the reduction of trans-sophistical water loss. This complements the natural sebum production.
Due to the ointment film, the barrier function of the skin is not impaired, but skin lesions, but the entrance portions are for germs are covered and newly prevents new. Therefore, Deumavan® is also suitable for wound care.
The use of DEUMAVAN® protective olobic in front of the stool reduces the adhesion of intestinal bacteria, which consist of up to 50% of microorganisms, on the skin around the intestinal output. This facilitates cleaning without causing painful damage. In addition, fewer bowel germs get into the vagina or in the bladder.
Instructions for use Product
Frequency and duration of the application are needed. A multi-day use of Deumavan® protective ovity, also preventive, is recommended.

• As accompanying support for skin changes

Incompatibilities:
Known hypersensitivity or allergy to one of the ingredients.

Precautions and warnings:
Keep out of reach of children. Do not use condoms from latex (instead polyurethane or AT-10 a synthetic resin base). Use only up to the expiration date printed on the container and the carton. Do not apply in the chest area for breastming mothers.
If the pack is damaged, do not use the product and inform the manufacturer. If unwanted effect, do not continue using the product and consult a doctor. Do not use in a hypersensitivity to one of the ingredients. Do not use product in the eyes. The application may only take place according to the purpose.
